Jiu jitsu for kids starts as early as age 3. Kickboxing begins at 7. Every child is placed where they can succeed, supported by coaches who pay attention.

We See You

## You're Not Just Looking for an Activity.

Whether it's confidence, focus, energy without direction, or just a place where your child feels like they belong, you're in the right place. They don't need experience. Starting nervous is normal. Support is built into everything we do.

Safety First
## Built Around Their Safety.

Every class is structured, supervised, and led by coaches who understand how children learn. Training is always age appropriate. Partner work is guided and monitored. The environment is designed so children feel safe enough to try, fail, and try again.

How Placement Works
## We Place Kids Where They Can Succeed.

Children are not placed strictly by age. Coaches look at confidence, focus, and comfort level. If your child is close to the edge between two classes, we almost always recommend starting in the younger group. It's better for them to feel successful and build confidence than to feel overwhelmed on day one.

Moving up is easy and happens naturally. Coaches watch every class and will tell you when your child is ready for the next environment. No one gets held back. They just get a strong foundation first.

You don't need to choose the perfect program before your child starts. The guide below will give you a clear idea, and coaches will confirm placement after the first visit.

## Where Does Your Child Fit?

Jiu jitsu classes begin as early as age 3, and kickboxing opens up at age 7 through our Youth program. Use the guide below to find the right starting point. If your child is between groups or brand new, start with the younger class. They'll build confidence faster, and coaches will move them up when they're ready.

Every child who walks through the door gets placed where they'll succeed. Not where they'll struggle.

Why It Works
## Training Builds What Matters Most.

Jiu jitsu and kickboxing are tools. What they build is what parents actually care about: character, capability, and connection.

Confidence that comes from doing hard things and succeeding.

Listening skills that transfer to school, home, and friendships.

Resilience built through safe, repeated challenge.

Friendships formed through shared effort and mutual respect.

Comfort with discomfort. The ability to stay calm under pressure.

Real self defense awareness rooted in control, not aggression.

Culture
## They Stay Because They Belong.

Kids don't stay because you make them. They stay because they feel capable, connected, and proud of what they're building.

Coaches who get down on their level.

Not yelling from the side. Kneeling next to them. Showing them. Encouraging them.

Kids who cheer for each other.

The culture rewards effort and support, not just winning.

Families who become part of something.

Parents sit together. Siblings train together. Friendships form that last years.

A diverse group unified by the mat.

Kids from different schools and backgrounds. All training side by side.

## Kids Class Schedule

Still not sure? Start with the younger class. Your child will build confidence quickly, and coaches will move them up as soon as they're ready. No one gets left behind.
