We pride ourselves on our open mindset to effective striking styles. We focus on techniques & concepts that have been established & successfully implemented at the highest level of combat sports. We draw techniques and inspiration from various disciplines including: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and American Karate. We also study Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu and integrate all disciplines into our Mixed Martial Arts program.
